The hotel reception's opening hours are as follows:
Weekdays: 09:00-14:00 and 20:00-21:00
Weekends: 10:00-13:00 and 20:00-21:00

When booking, all guests should note their anticipated time of arrival and the airport to which they are flying (e.g. Barcelona El Prat, Girona Costa Brava or Reus). Guests should also provide a contact mobile telephone number (including international dialling code). This information can be noted in the Comments box of the booking confirmation.
Guests who anticipate arriving outside of the reception opening hours should contact the property directly at least 48 hours prior to travel. Check-in after 23:00 incurs an additional fee of EUR 20.
The Hotel does not accept American Express and Diners Club as a deposit / payment method.
