We will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card.
You will simply pay for your stay at the hotel. Cancellation is free of charge; provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy (see "Hotel Policy").

COMMENTS
As our apartments are in different locations, we do not have a 24 hour reception desk. Once you make a reservation, we will contact you via e-mail to get your arrival time to Barcelona and arrange your arrival time to the apartment. Here our staff will be waiting for you to check-in.
Please note that check-in time is after 15:00 and that late check-ins, after 21:00, are charged with an extra fee of EUR 15.
IMPORTANT: Payment Information
On arrival a EUR 150 cash deposit is required to cover any damage that may occur and will be refunded on departure. An additional EUR 40 cleaning charge is also required. Both these deposits should be in cash.
